Mrs Weir, 55, who was a psychiatric nurse, and Mr Weir, 66, who worked as a TV cameraman and studio manager, bought a mansion with their winnings and a fleet of fancy cars! They upgraded their mansion to a bigger one nearby soon after.
2) EuroMillions Winners Adrian and Gillian Bayford: £148,656,000
This lucky couple scored a major EuroMillions win in August 2012.
Gillian,40, a children’s nurse and Adrian, 41, a record seller planned to spend their winnings on luxury holidays and cars. The couple split 15 months after their win, but they remain on good terms.
Adrian moved into a grand Georgian-style mansion with 90 acres of land – where he staged the Cambridge Rock Festival once to save it from being cancelled!

This lucky couple from Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, became massive EuroMillions winners in October 2011!
Dave, 47, a shift supervisor for Premier Foods, and Angela, 43, a volunteer at the British Heart Foundation decided to give £1 million to around 20 close family and friends.
With the remainder of their winnings, they originally bought a luxury flat in West London, which they later sold to move into a Manor house in East Sussex, that was once owned by Tom Jones and Engelbert Humperdinck.
