Lottery Betting Syndicates? What are they?

A Lottery Betting Syndicate allows you to bet on numerous lines for a given lottery or a number of lotteries. If any of the lines wins at any prize tier level, including the jackpot, you will then receive a share of the winnings.

How do Syndicates work?

The larger the number of lines in the syndicate the higher your chances of winning. Each syndicate has a set number of shares. So, for instance, if you select a syndicate with 100 shares and then purchase 1 share and win a £200m jackpot you will receive £2m. If you purchased 2 shares you would win £4m, if you purchased 3 it would be £6m and so on.

How to make a Syndicate bet?

Select the syndicate you wish to bet on and then select how many shares you would like either as a Super Syndicate or a Regular Syndicate. Next click ‘Add to Cart’ to proceed to the cart and complete your order.

How much does it cost to make a Syndicate bet?

The price depends on the Syndicate you choose to bet on and the number of shares you select. For example - If the price per share for a syndicate is £2 you will pay £2 for one share. You’ll pay £4 for 2 shares, £6 for 3 shares and so on. The price per share is shown when you have made your selection before you ‘Add to Cart’.

How do I know that my payout is guaranteed?

You can view all your transactions on your player account. After logging into your player account, select 'Transactions' from the drop-down menu. Here you can view the deposits made, bets placed and any winnings.

How do I check to see if I've won after placing a bet?

After the draw has taken place, a draw results email is sent to players who submitted a lottery bet. This will inform you whether you matched enough numbers to win a prize or not. Players can also check the individual results pages on our website.

If you win a prize, you can view your winnings by logging into your player account. Click 'Account' on the top right hand corner of the screen and select 'Winnings' from the drop down menu. You will be able to view your 'Withdrawable balance' or winnings.

How do I claim my winnings?

Winnings will be credited to your player account. You can request a withdrawal by logging into your account.

How do I place a new bet with my winnings?

When you place a new lottery bet, automatically deducts the price from funds available in your Player Account balance first (i.e. the funds you deposited). If this balance does not cover the cost of the bet, then we will use your withdrawable balance (i.e. your winnings).

If the cost of your bet is more than the funds available in your account, a column in the checkout area will indicate how much extra you need to pay yourself to complete the transaction.

How do I set and change my bet limit?

Your bet limit is the maximum amount of money you can spend on a bet over a designated period of time. You have the option to set your own bet limit by logging into your player account. Please note that the maximum daily deposit limit will still operate as the highest limit possible.

To set your bet limit, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on 'Account' at the top right hand corner of your screen.
  2. Select 'Account' from the drop-down menu.
  3. Scroll down to the 'Bet Limit' section and click on it to reveal drop-down menu.
  4. You can set your limit here by entering the maximum amount you wish to bet and the time period.
  5. Click 'Set Limit'.

You can change your bet limit at any time but please note that it takes 24 hours for increases to take effect. Decreases to your limit will be immediate.

How do I activate self-exclusion?

You can activate your self-exclusion ban by logging into your player account.

  1. Click on 'Account' at the top right hand corner of your screen.
  2. Select 'Account' from the drop-down menu.
  3. Scroll down to the 'Self-Exclusion' section and click on it.
  4. Select how long you want your self-exclusion period to last and click 'Submit'.

Please note that once you click 'Submit', you cannot undo your action. During your self-exclusion period, you will be blocked from placing any bets on Once your self-exclusion period ends, you need to call customer service to regain access to your account.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time. Please note, however, that this action cannot be undone and that it may result in the non-payment of remaining balance.

Follow the steps below to delete your player account:

  1. Log into your player account.
  2. Click on 'Account' at the top right hand corner of your screen.
  3. Select 'Account' from the drop-down menu.
  4. Scroll down until you reach the 'Account Status' section and click on it.
  5. You will see an option to 'Permanently Deactivate Account' underneath. Click on it to delete your account.
